NOTES:
The basic chords seem to be C and D in the verses, and G and C in the
choruses, but it's more colourful than that. I've varied the chords a bit,
but listen to the sounds in the different verses. Nick's bass helps drive
the song, and I've added bass notes to the chords as the song progresses.

The C* is just a C chord with an added G note played with the pinkie on the
1st string. Technically, the chord is still C, as G is the Dominant in the
key of C, but it helps the chord to ring out.

The Dadd2 is the C/G shape moved up 2 frets.
